Time to sprinkle some sweet praise.

The world’s largest cupcake has been crowned.

The 150-pound king of the round treats was recognized by Guinness World Records this weekend at Minnesota’s Mall of America. Considering that the sugary creation is 1 foot tall and 2 feet wide, the decision isn’t something that could be easily panned.

But in this case, the victor is the spoils — for pigs, at least. The cupcake, made by cakes.com, will now be rolled off to a swine farm, to be iced by the hungry livestock.

That idea may frost some people. But given the ratio of colorful topping to cake, the company said it didn’t want too many people at the mall getting the short end of the lick.
